Last Saturday I was honored to serve as the grand marshal for an impressive parade of flags in the City of Ridgecrest. Everyone involved in bringing this event together deserves to be proud of their accomplishments. The Exchange Club, Pat Farris, city dignitaries, the church choir members, and especially the men and women – military and civilian – of China Lake all did their part.
