NATO Supreme Allied Commander, Adm. James G. Stavridis, addresses the attendees of the West 2010 luncheon held at the San Diego Convention Center. Stavridis talked about the increase in jihadist and terrorist Web sites over the past 10 years and that it is more likely that an attack will come not from a bomb off a bomb rack, but instead electrons in cyberspace in the future. West 2010 is an annual three-day event that brings military, government and industry leaders together to see the technologies of the future. U.S. Navy photo by MC3 Class Kari R.
